DeAne Norwood

Coach DeAne grew up around sports and volleyball. Throughout her high school summers, if she wasn’t working on the family farm, you could find her at Fresno State University and Fresno Pacific (located in California) participating in summer volleyball training programs. DeAne played throughout high school as an all-around player and she began coaching at 17.

Coach DeAne recognizes the power of setting goals that are realistic and achievable and is passionate about helping players reach their highest potential. She is very excited to collaborate with all the amazing coaches on staff to help the players grow each and every day, and is looking forward to an exciting, fun season.

Outside of the gym, she enjoys time with her family and two dogs, quilting or doing other fun creative projects, and owns a small business.
