Pam VanVlack

Coach Pam began playing volleyball as an outside hitter as a freshman in high school. She was recruited to play for SUNY Geneseo in Upstate NY after graduation, where she was also a hitter for the Knights. After starting a family, she got back into the game when her daughter decided to play for the local rec league, and Pam began her coaching career for Wake Forest Parks and Rec. Pam has coached at Firecrackers as head coach, and also at Franklinton High School as both an assistant Varsity coach and also head coach of the Lady Rams JV squad.

When she isn’t on the court, Coach Pam is a barista extraordinaire at Packhouse Coffee, shares quality time with her family, and enjoys working out. She is the Deputy Director for FC Firecrackers Board, has served as director of our Beach program as well, and is part of the driving force that makes Firecrackers so great!
